When should I switch to winter tyres in Luxembourg?
The rule of thumb is simple: fit winter tyres from October to Easter. As soon as temperatures stay reliably below 7°C, winter tyres brake and grip better. In winter conditions (snow, ice, frost), suitable tyres are strongly recommended in the Grand Duchy.
How long does a fitting take?
Count on around 30 minutes for a set of 4 tyres fitted and balanced, outside busy periods. With an appointment, you wait comfortably in our waiting area.
Can I bring my own tyres?
Of course. We fit tyres you've bought elsewhere, at the fitting + balancing rate. We just check with you that they suit your vehicle and the season.
How much does tyre storage cost?
Storing a set of 4 tyres starts at €39 per season, labelling and wear check included. Refitting the following season just takes a quick appointment.
When does wheel alignment need adjusting?
After hitting a kerb, changing tyres or suspension, or if your car "pulls" to one side and the tyres wear unevenly. Correct alignment means less wear and less fuel.
