Our projects come with the statutory guarantees: completion guarantee, guarantee of perfect completion and the ten-year structural guarantee on the relevant elements. Details are set out in each file.
Every project has a provisional schedule shared from the moment of reservation. You receive regular progress updates through to completion and the handover of keys.
Depending on the site’s progress, some finish choices (flooring, tiling, fittings) can be customised within an offered range. We discuss this during the appointment.
A dedicated contact guides you from the first appointment to the handover of keys: information, choices, site monitoring and coordination. You never have to deal with multiple parties.
After an initial appointment, a reservation can be placed on the unit of your choice. We then guide you through the process, in liaison with your notary and your financing.
